On a whim, the kids and I decided to head out to NC with my parents to see my brother, sister in law and the soon to be baby Eli. It was great bonding time and it was good to see the North Caroliners. New Years was spent with a dinner at Outback, Starbucks (thanks Scott), and some serious card playing.
