This picture is one of the reasons I love summer time! I love all the fresh food! I made these stuffed tomatoes with chicken salad on Sunday after church. There is a fruit/vegetable stand on our way home so I stopped to see their produce. The tomatoes were HUGE! I should have cut one in half and shared it with Matt but they were so delicious! So if you are looking for an easy meal...here is one! If you aren't a chicken salad fan, you can put tuna, ham or egg salad in them also. I am sure it would be equally delicious!
